1. Delivery Conditions
These general delivery terms and conditions apply, insofar as is not otherwise expressly agreed in writing in the order confirmation. Different or additional deviating customer conditions only apply if they have been accepted by us expressly and in writing.
2. Purchase Conditions
Schaltag AG bases all of its procurements on these purchase conditions. By accepting the order, the supplier is considered to have been acknowledged. Deviating or additional conditions, especially suppliers’ general terms and conditions for sales and delivery, only apply if expressly agreed in writing. The acceptance of the delivery or payments by Schaltag AG does not represent acknowledgement of the supplier’s terms and conditions. In the event of a lack of agreement on the terms and conditions, the determinations of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) take precedence.
