We train our future!
Around ten young people are currently completing their vocational training at Schaltag. With this comparatively high number of trainees, we make a significant contribution to society in our region. But this is not the only important reason why we are involved in vocational training.
At the same time, we train our offspring and thus our future.
The apprentices receive a broad and varied education, visit several departments and are integrated into everyday work. Our goal is to prepare the learners in such a way that they can find their way in the modern professional and working world.
